I had a great stay at this hotel. The location by nature was amazing. The staff was friendly and Jessica, the restaurant owner, was fantastic. Her food was delicious and the service provided by her staff was great. I also got a massage from Martha, and it was a highlight of my trip. She was an experienced therapist and was really able to work out any pain or soreness I had in my body.
Nothing could have been better.

The hotel was cute and they offered an excellent parking service; they parked our car inside making sure it was secure. The food at the restaurant was fantastic. The staff was attentive, and Jessica, the owner of the restaurant, provided an outstanding service. I also had a massage with Martha, and it was fantastic. She knows how to relieve the pain, and being a retired massage therapist, I totally recommend her.
Getting into the hotel was difficult; the staff did not speak enough English and having more bilingual employees would be helpful.

Cute place, safe parking, and fantastic food/atmosphere. Although the hotel's location was tough to reach, once inside, the cute ambiance made up for it. the hotel also offered safe parking which put our minds at ease. the restaurant served delicious food and had a great atmosphere thanks to the staff and owner. the food and drinks were delivered fast and the staff went the extra mile to make sure we enjoyed ourselves.
Limited bilingual staff. They could benefit from more bilingual staff to assist customers especially English-speaking guests.

The hotel was a bit tricky to access at first, but once there, we were impressed with the beautiful surroundings. the lush greenery and fresh air were a welcome retreat from the bustling city. the staff could have benefited from more bilingual employees, but one standout was Jessica, who not only managed the restaurant but also provided fantastic service. the food was delicious, and the massage we had was out, of, this, world relaxing. We left feeling rejuvenated and pain, free, thanks to the skilled therapist Martha.
The parking situation was a bit troublesome.
